The Best Exotic of Amed Dive Site in Karangasem
There are some dive sites that can be found in Bali offering beauty and wonderful life under water. One of them is Amed Dive Site which is located on the right side of the bay. Amed depths range from 10 to 35 metres. There are 7 dive spots to explore such as Pyramids, Jemeluk, Bunutan, Ghost Bay, Amed Wall, Jemeluk Kayu Putih, and Barracuda Points. Each spot has own attraction of species that can be found there. it is not hard to get to the Amed Beach is situated in Amed Village which is a part of north east coast of Bali near the south part of Tulamben.
The Amed Dive Site also offers spectacular view as beach. Jemeluk and Bunutan has black sandy beach. Tulamben Bay has rocky beach same as Lipah Bay. The location can be accessed using Jukung or a kind of local boat.
Underwater world offers the views of white tip dark, batfish in school, big trivially and napoleon wrasse. In the shallower water area, it is possible to see bommies on the sand and maybe gorgonians. In each site, there are offer in underwater view such as turtle in Pyramids, moray eels or lion fish in Bunutan. However, by taking 2 minutes boat ride form the Amed Beach, it will be great to visit Jemeluk which is the most wonderful wall dives.
Regarding the water condition, there will be slight differences in some spots. The calm condition of water can be found in Lipah and Jemeluk Bay. Some area can be affected by tide, for instance, at Bunutan which can be strong. The sites will also vary in temperatures. In Amed Dive Site there is diversity of sites from muck to reef. Besides that, there are possible to find wonderful coral formations that will be very exciting for snorkelers to see the underwater life.
